ExportDiversity is a corporate, social, and political campaign aimed at educating U.S. multinational companies of the economic opportunities they are forfeiting by not implementing their best practices for diversity in hiring, marketing, and in their supply chain in Latin American. While these U.S. brands are exporting the same quality of products to South American nations, such as Brazil and Colombia, they are neglecting to export valuable ideals of inclusion that undoubtedly contribute to their financial success and goodwill amongst their consumers.
